DIKEOS Abogados reinforces its team with the incorporation of Magdalena Bertram, a specialized lawyer in commercial law, banking and financial law.
Magdalena Bertram holds a degree in Law, with a mayor in Legal Business, from the Universidad C.E.U. San Pablo and began her professional career in 1996 as an associate lawyer in the Department of Commercial Law of Uría Menéndez.
In 2002 she became a senior associate in the Banking & Finance Department of Allen & Overy Capital Markets, where she worked on credit rights assignments, project financing, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, derivative financial products and Regulatory aspects of banking and financial law.
In 2007 she joined as a senior associate in the Banking & Financial Law department of Clifford Chance, where she led all types of financial operations as well as debt restructuring.
In 2011 Magdalena joined Rödl & Partner as a member of the commercial department, especially in the area of M & A, responsible for the area of banking and financial law.
