Internationality
A special skill of our law firm is its internationality. Since years we advise in cross-border transactions, economic interrelations and collaborations within international groups of companies. We are completely used to manage the special challenges of an internationally tailored legal advice, especially as to language and intercultural customizing.
Professionalism
Our clients are being advised directly by the partners of our firm. Although we technically benchmark ourselves with the big Spanish and international law firms, we dissociate ourselves from them in the structuring our our work, by providing our clients directly with the expertise and experience of our partners, without involving teams of associates or junior lawyers.
Independence
We are a „stand-alone“-firm, which means that we don’t pertain to any network of law firms or multidisciplinary organizations. We only have an office in Madrid, however we advise in the whole country of Spain.
