Günter is a lawyer admitted in Germany and Spain with a professional experience of more than 25 years in civil and commercial matters including litigation and arbitration. He is mainly engaged in advising companies in Spanish, German and English, many of them manufacturers and distributors of equipment and machinery. Additionally, his activities comprise banking and finance law, with a special focus on loan guarantees.
